What are the production times?
Production times differ greatly by product category, but generally, it takes from 10 days to 80 days from production start to finish, which can be reduced if we have your particular items in production already. Delivery time after production?
The delivery time to:
Europe - 30-40 days.
USA - 12 days to the West Coast. To the East Coast: 30 days.
Africa - South 30 days. North - 25 days. West - 40 days. East - 20 days.
South America - North 30 days. South - 40 days
In case of urgent need of good we can arrange delivery via auto to Europe (10-20 days) or Air anywhere in the world (7 days)
Minimum order quantities?
We manufacture orders for each client individually and open a production line for it. MOQ (Minimum order quantity) is different for each or product, please kindly check our online products database or contact our sales team for more detailed information.
What warranty do you provide?
For all the products warranty is 12 months after telex release, for automotive parts we additionally provide warranty based on the number of kilometres travelled.
What influences the prices of the product?
The price is influenced by the overall order value, materials, quantity for each SKU, INCOTERMS, packaging quality.
Can you provide samples?
We are delighted to provide you with 1-2 samples for each category for free. The only charge would be a delivery fee to your country which may be deducted from your first order. Feel free to discuss this with our sales team.
Storage, handling facilities, consolidation?
We have three warehouses covering three parts of China – in Qingdao (North); Shanghai (Center) and Shenzhen (South) which allows us to optimize cost and consolidate the cargo from different manufacturing facilities. The storage up to 50 days is free if the storage items were ordered from us.
Methods of delivery?
Most of our clients prefer to use sea freight to the US, South America and Africa or the mixture of the sea/rail modes of transport to deliver to Europe as the most cost-effective ways of delivering. Nevertheless, we are additionally able to provide air and auto-delivery.
Payment terms and conditions?
Our standard terms are 30% deposit payment and 70% upon bill surrender.
Faulty products policy?
Currently, we have a meagre rate of a faulty claim (<0.1% out of all sold products) but we are aware that such a situation still may happen. If the products you have received are different from the specifications you have ordered we return you the full cost of the faulty products and logistics expenses.
Manufacturing facilities and visits?
If you decide to visit us in China we will be pleased to show you our manufacturing facilities as well as the main office located in the heart of Shanghai.
Do you do quality inspections yourselves or outsource?
We have a team of specialists who personally check the quality of the products we ship to you and who are very well aware of the industries related to our trade. We never use third-party companies for quality inspections.
